Purchases are generally final once substantive processing has begun.

Before substantive processing begins, Tympan may honor a cancellation or refund request.

Refund exceptions

Refunds remain available for duplicate charges, Tympan-caused failure to deliver, and circumstances required by applicable law.

We review requests under this policy and applicable law. Sending a request does not by itself establish eligibility.
