Privacy Policy
Effective September 17, 2026.
Tympan Interactions is operated by Eisandune LLC. We process the text, screenshots, and context you submit to provide the analysis you purchase. Submissions are processed for your authorized case and kept in private storage and custody.
Media retention and deletion
Normalized customer media and recoverable processing copies under Tympan control are deleted no later than 30 calendar days after product delivery or terminal case disposition.
The deadline may be extended only for an explicit, case-bound active correction, active dispute, or lawful legal hold. When an exception ends, the deletion period begins or resumes as applicable. A valid earlier deletion request is honored consistently with applicable law unless a legal hold requires preservation.
This media limit concerns submitted media and media-derived processing copies under Tympan control; it is not a general deletion deadline for other data.
This media limit does not make a claim about provider-held copies; Tympan does not promise that provider copies are deleted within 30 days.
Other case data
Identifiable submissions may be used only to fulfill, correct, support, or resolve a dispute concerning your authorized case, or to satisfy a legal hold. They are not authorized for unrelated training, future product improvement, public use, or another customer's case.
The media deadline does not establish a deletion deadline for other case data. Minimum non-image audit records may be retained when lawfully required to prove how a case or deletion was handled.
Service providers and third-party processing
Tympan uses carefully selected service providers to support limited parts of operating and fulfilling the service. Customer-submitted information, including text and screenshots, may be securely transmitted to and processed by those providers on Tympan's behalf when necessary for fulfillment.
Providers do not independently determine Tympan's methodology, judgments, recommendations, or customer deliverables. Tympan remains responsible for the service and the controls governing customer information. Provider processing is limited to what is reasonably necessary to support the service.
Providers may temporarily retain limited information for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate operational purposes. Tympan does not authorize customer submissions for unrelated commercial use by service providers.

Privacy rights and requests are handled subject to applicable law. Contact Support to ask about applicable access, correction, or deletion rights and your case.
